The Souq Shidia App is currently in demo mode and provided for testing purposes only. During this phase, transactions may not represent the final experience of the app. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled by vendors using the app.
All refunds are the sole responsibility of the vendors providing the products.
Vendors are required to clearly communicate their refund and return conditions to customers.
The Souq Shidia App serves only as a platform and is not directly involved in product sales or financial transactions.
Vendors must provide refunds in cases such as:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The wrong product was delivered.
The vendor fails to deliver the product within the agreed timeframe.
Customers are entitled to request a refund directly from the vendor if the product does not meet the agreed standards of quality or accuracy.
Vendors must respond to refund requests in a fair and timely manner.
Since vendors are required to provide real and accurate information about their products, any misleading details may result in refund obligations.
Vendors who repeatedly fail to honor refund requests may be restricted from using the app.
As the app is in demo mode, actual payment and refund processing may not be fully functional.
Any financial exchanges between vendors and customers during this period are handled outside the app and are the responsibility of the vendor.
Once the app is officially launched, a final Refund Policy will replace this demo version.
Vendors and customers will be informed of the updated policy before the full release.
